Where the
forest breathes
and time stills.
A private sanctuary of 25 villas nestled in a 12-acre forest estate above the valley. Designed for those who seek stillness.
Our Philosophy
Rooted in nature,
not merely inspired by it.
Olive is not a resort. It is not a hotel. It is a place that holds the feeling of yours — private, unhurried, alive with the quiet rhythms of the mountain.
Every villa opens to light, air and uninterrupted valley views. The land itself guides the experience. Architecture dissolves into landscape.

Spaces shaped by the land
Whether you’re coming with the whole crew, a few close ones, or just yourself — there’s a space here that fits. All of them open to the valley. None of them feel like a hotel room.
"Not a resort. Not a hotel.
A place that feels like yours."
Inspired by the enduring spirit of the olive tree — resilience, grace, deep roots — every corner of this estate reflects a quiet commitment to the land and to you.Homes placed within gardens. Valleys unobstructed. Time returned to you..
What Awaits You
Farm-to-Table Dining
Most of what ends up on your plate here was growing nearby not too long ago. Meals follow the season, not a fixed menu — so what you eat in October won’t be what you eat in March. It’s simple, it’s fresh, and honestly, food just tastes better at 2,100 metres.
Mountain Spa
Less “wellness centre”, more a quiet room where you can properly switch off. Treatments pull from old hill traditions — things that actually work, passed down rather than packaged. Come in wound up, leave feeling like yourself again.
Guided Treks
These aren’t the kind of treks where someone hands you a map and wishes you luck. The forests and trails around Olive have their own rhythm — our guides know them well enough to show you the parts most people walk right past. Go for an hour or most of the day. Either way, you’ll come back with something.

Up in the Tehri-Dehradun hills, Olive sits close enough to reach without a flight — and far enough that it actually feels like you’ve gotten away. The drive in is half the experience.
